FAQ

  1. Can I cancel my order? We appreciate your understanding that as a small, independent label, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations. Once an order is placed, it is considered final. However, if you have any questions or concerns about your order, feel free to contact us, and we'll do our best to assist you. 

  2. Do I always receive a tracking number? Yes you will receive your tracking number notification once your package has been shipped. 

  3. How long does it take for my items to be shipped?
    It takes 1-4 business days to process and ship orders. Pre-orders may take 2-4 weeks. 

  4. How long does it take to have my package shipped after buying a Pre-Order item?
    It takes approximately 2-4 weeks to ship your pre-order items, in very rare occasions it can be longer. Check our announcement text regularly for updates on pre-orders and shipping or follow us on social media (Links at the bottom). 

  5. When placing a Pre-Order, will I have priority over other people ordering? Our pre-order system works on a first come first served basis.  This means that once the stock has arrived, orders for this item will be processed by order date. 

  6. I haven't received a shipping notification yet?
    If you added a pre-order item mixed with in-stock items to your order, you will not receive a shipping notification until the pre-order items you ordered have arrived to our warehouse and are shipped to you. Please contact us for any inquiries. 

  7. How old do I have to be to place an order from this store?
    You must be 18+ or older to place an order in our store. 

  8. How long does it take to receive my package? The estimated time for international shipping delivery is 7-10 days if not sooner.  (Keep in mind November and December are the busiest months of the year and may take longer.) 

  9. Are there refunds?
    There are NO refunds, however if your product is damaged send proof to [email protected]  or contact us through social media and we will resend your package cost-free. 


  10. Are your disc region free?   Yes. All of our discs can be played on any system. 

  11. Will I have to pay customs fees if necessary? Yes. Once the package is out of our hands, it is no longer our responsibility.
